Booking and Payment

To book our services, clients must submit a booking request through our contact form or by contacting us directly. Upon receiving your request, we will provide a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, pricing, and terms.

Payment terms are as follows:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date
• The deposit amount will be specified in your quote and typically ranges from 30% to 50% of the total project cost
• Final payment is due before the event date as specified in your agreement
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, e-transfers, and bank transfers
• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event date: 50% refund of amounts paid (excluding deposit)
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date: No refund
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

In the event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid.

Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Vordalonnndloxin, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our designs, concepts, and creative work remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use photographs and images of their events for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Representations

By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You will not access the website through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the website will not violate any applicable law or regulation
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete

Limitation of Liability
